I’m Justin Towle, a certified trainer with 20+ years of lifting experience and a passion for helping people achieve real, lasting results. I’ve trained clients from ages 14 to 85 — athletes, beginners, and everyone in between — guiding each one to their goals. Currently, I train out of Flash Fitness in Beverly, MA, while also working with clients online.
Jetforce: Ascension Protocol
I created Jetforce: Ascension Protocol to solve a problem I saw in most programs: they focus on only one style of training. Jetforce is different — it’s an 18-week progression designed to target all muscle fiber types for maximum growth and strength. You’ll move through endurance training, hypertrophy, and finally into a powerlifting schematic that builds strength and size in a way no other program does.
Delivered in both PDF and Google Sheets, Jetforce comes with step-by-step instructions, tempo cues, and progression phases so you know exactly what to do every session.
